1. SET UP CATALOGUES AND PROFILES
Important:
- To import Catalogues (and Profiles) you must be logged in as a C-Admin.
- MMOG v6 licence covers the use of Catalogues v6, v5 and v4.1
- When you import a Catalogue, the default profile for the Catalogue is the FULL profile
1.1. Catalogues
To import catalogues, select Catalogues and profiles in the ‘Assessments’ menu.
To Import Catalogue, click on ,select the Catalogue Version and Language from the
list and import it.
You should import the English language (en) catalogue by default. You can import as many languages
as needed for each Version.
Language abbreviations for MMOG/LE catalogues :

Catalogue has been successfully imported
For each catalogue, you can upload as many of the available languages as you need.

To open a catalogue, click on the catalogue name
To display catalogue in a different language, select the appropriate language in the ‘Language’ menu.

1.2. Profiles
Important:
- Catalogue default profile is “FULL”
To import an alternative profile, select Catalogues and profiles in the ‘Assessments’ menu.
Click on , Select the BASIC profile for the catalogue you have already imported and
import it
Profile has been successfully imported.

When you open the Catalogue, you can now see the alternative Profile
