IMPORT HISTORICAL ASSESSEMENT
Important:
- This option allows the import of assessments from Account X into Account Y as ‘Archived’
assessments
- It is used when merging several different MMOG accounts within your own company or when
you want to move assessments for a site that has been transferred to another company with
an account in MMOG.np
Select the assessment to be moved from Account X (Great Gearboxes) for the appropriate site
(Breme).
Download assessment results as XML file

Connect to Account Y (Great Gearboxes 2 – New company) select “Import historical assessment” in
the Assessments menu
Select appropriate site and import assessment as XML file
Assessment is successfully imported. Assessment status is Archived
You can download the results of the Archived historical assessment to create new assessments in
your new account (see §2.5. Import answers from a previous assessment into a new assessment)

Please note: Before importing an historical assessment ensure that:
- You have created the site in the new account
- You have created the customer in the new account
- You have registered the manufacturing site number for this customer at the level of the site
