Local support eases global deployment of MMOG

To help automotive suppliers overcome the significant challenges of change management, local partners are working together with the Odette central team to support MMOG users in other parts of the world.

The deployment of MMOG v5 is now well on its way with thousands of supplier sites across the world migrating to the new cloud platform to meet the demands of their automotive customers.

We all know that change management is challenging and accompanying users from the start is essential for a successful transition to a new way of working. Support in local language and local time zone is key and although the Odette Central Team can deliver support in several different languages over a significant part of the working day, we have partnered with B.A.S.I.C.S in North America and CEDEX in China to ensure that the supplier base in those regions can get the support they need when they need it.

B.A.S.I.C.S and CEDEX can deliver expert advice over the complete MMOG process, from ordering a licence to submitting an assessment. Their expertise, however, goes well beyond MMOG and they are able to provide support on many other issues related to the management and digitalisation of the automotive supply chain.
