New MMOG/LE training provider for Brazil
Odette has signed an agreement with the Instituto da Qualidade Automotiva (IQA) in São Paulo to deliver Global MMOG/LE training to automotive companies across Brazil.
IQA, whose main objective is to “Support quality and competitiveness improvement in the whole Brazilian automotive supply chain”, was founded in 1995 by the Brazilian automotive industry associations with a controlling Council largely made up of senior executives from European OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
Besides MMOG/LE, IQA offers training on APQP, FMEA, IMDS, ISO/TS 16949, PPAP etc., and provides
other important services such as:
- Certification of management systems: ISO/TS 16949, VDA 6.1, VDA 6.4 (TÜV SÜD)
- Certification of automotive services
- Homologation of components and vehicles
- Certification of products
- Supply of publications and technical literature in Portuguese
With significant experience of training, especially on ISO/TS standards and VDA quality standards, for which it is accredited by the VDA QMC in Germany, IQA is also approved by the Department of Transport VCA Division in the UK and UTAC in France for ECE component and vehicle homologation.
Mr Mario Guitti, Senior Executive of IQA said "I am delighted to partner with Odette and to be able to support the Brazilian motor industry with MMOG/LE training as the majority of the users are already our members". John Canvin, Managing Director of Odette said "Brazil is a very important market for our European member companies and many have built plants there. I am delighted that such a well-respected organisation as IQA is able to offer training on our behalf".
IQA will be setting up their MMOG/LE training programme this autumn and all enquiries should be directed to: Alexandre Xavier (Business Manager) at: firstname.lastname@example.org
