PDX XML Generator Simplifies OFTP2 Partner Setup

Developed in collaboration with C-Works GmbH, the tool supports the OFTP2 Partner Details Exchange via XML (PDX XML) functionality, which was developed to standardise the exchange of partner setup information. A PDX XML file acts as a digital OFTP2 data sheet, containing the information required to establish or update an OFTP2 connection, including the associated digital certificate.

For organisations using OFTP2 solutions with built-in PDX XML support, these files can be exchanged directly between OFTP2 installations, enabling automated setup and maintenance of partner information with minimal manual intervention.

The Odette PDX XML Generator provides a practical bridge for organisations who have not yet upgraded to PDX XML-capable software. Users can generate and view standard-compliant OFTP2 data sheets that can be shared via email, website download, OFTP2, or other communication channels.

The generated files can then be imported directly into any PDX XML-capable OFTP2 solution, helping to reduce manual data entry, improve data consistency, and simplify partner onboarding and maintenance activities.
